Meet the team

Tom joined Hawksmoor in 2016 as a Senior Surveyor, becoming promoted to Associate Director in 2018 and to Director in 2022. Tom’s previous experience involves working in the Residential Development teams at Savills and Cushman & Wakefield and currently work with a range of clients including private landowners, land promotion firms, Local Authorities and landed estates. His experience includes:

• Identification and acquisition of residential development opportunities;
• Financial appraisals and valuation of land and property including ‘Red Book’ valuations;
• Negotiation of acquisition and disposal of residential and mixed use land opportunities;
• Project Management and co-ordinating professional consultants on multi-phase development projects;
• Viability advice – Negotiating and liaising with Local Authorities in respect of Section 106 Agreement packages;
• Landowner advice on all aspects of planning, development and disposal.
