Working throughout England, our knowledge of regional market conditions and the planning status in those areas allows us to critically assess and identify new development opportunities for our clients.
An extensive professional contact base and use of land information technology allows us to monitor new opportunities. We carefully assess each site against the status of each administrative areas Local Plan and are able to provide a planning and technical feasibility study on the site to identify risks that are involved in that particular site, together with the opportunities that are presented to obtain planning permission for alternative uses.
We will also assess local market conditions, site constraints and competing sites in the area to ensure that our clients have full knowledge of the site and its competitors. Having assessed the risks, we will work with our clients to formulate offers for the site, which will usually take the form of promotion or option agreements and include promotion/option fees, timescales, promotion obligations etc. In other situations, we will work alongside our clients to acquire the site unconditionally.
We work for landowners all over the country in advising them and in placing sites with developers to promote under option or promotion agreements. Our knowledge of the market allows us to understand those developers that are active in each area at that time, and therefore who is best placed to promote the site.
