Meet the team

Lisa started at Hawksmoor in 2012 as a graduate surveyor and progressed to a directorship role in 2022. Lisa has worked on major projects from Leeds to South Devon, Wales to Essex. Spanning from 20 dwellings to a new garden village. Her experience includes:

• Marketing and sale of residential and mixed use land opportunities;
• Preparation of technical sale information packs, particularly in relation to multi-phase disposals to achieve maximum value for the client and safeguard retained land and liaising closely with the appointed solicitors to agree infrastructure delivery for future phases;
• Post sale coordination of a technical team to monitor contract obligations and infrastructure delivery;
• Project Management and co-ordinating professional consultants on multi-phase development projects to achieve planning permission;
• Viability advice – Negotiating and liaising with Local Authorities in respect of Section 106 Agreement packages;
• Landowner advice on all aspects of planning, development and disposal.
