Brian joined Hawksmoor in 2004 as a Director having previously worked for three PLC housebuilders in land, development and technical departments from the mid 1990’s. His experience includes:

• Development site identification with extensive technical experience and commercial acumen;
• 30 years of development appraisal and viability assessment work;
• Planning promotion, and development consultancy on strategic residential led development schemes;
• Project management of planning applications;
• Acting on behalf of land promoters and landowners who are self-promoting schemes;
• Negotiation of planning permissions, Promotion, Option and Section 106 Agreements as part of the Development Consultancy advice offered;
• Assembly and co-ordination of on and off market land or property acquisitions, sale of land with planning permission;
• Commercial property acquisitions and disposals;
• Project management of mines and minerals constraints.
