Project Overview
To satisfy sustained and forecast growth, Altecnic commissioned Hawksmoor as retained agent to identify suitable relocation premises as detailed below. After extensive searches in the midlands an alternative 120,000 sqft existing property was identified to let. Hawksmoor successfully negotiated purchase terms with Patrizia Hanover Property Unit Trust for the alternative freehold interests and project managed the client’s pre-purchase technical due diligence, conditions surveys, building warranties and price adjustments through to an unconditional purchase.
Following the property acquisition successful relocation by Altecnic, their former industrial premises of 85,000 sqft has been transacted upon via off market, private treaty negotiations.
This process has subsequently been supported by Hawksmoor’s RICS valuation work.
