Project Overview

Edge of settlement agricultural land in Lichfield District with longer term strategic development potential. The landowner commissioned Hawksmoor to promote their land for residential development. After sustained promotional work Hawksmoor alone successfully negotiated the allocation of land into the made Mavesyn Ridware Neighbourhood Plan. Technical due diligence is underway to facilitate a site disposal for mixed use.
