Richard qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1998 and has been at the business since 2006. His experience includes:

• Development Consultancy advice on mainly large, strategic, residential led development schemes across the Midlands and South;
• Acting on behalf of landowners who are self promoting schemes or for land promoters;
• Disposal of land with planning permission;
