Jonathan has been part of the team in Hawksmoor since 2023. His background involves ten years working for both Redrow Homes and CEG in strategic land and development. With recent stints at Homes England and as a Senior Director at CBRE in Birmingham. His experience includes:

• The project management of strategic land projects;
• Strategic land identification, land and growth area studies and land owner advisory;
• Strategic planning advisory and planning promotion of land;
• Partnership working and land owner agreements; and
• Planning appraisals, planning policy overview and planning strategy formulation
