Project Overview

Hawksmoor is appointed to project manage and prepare planning policy submissions on a variety of sites in North Warwickshire. These include a variety of sites ranging from larger freestanding sustainable development opportunities to smaller sustainable sites on the edge of towns and villages. We are collaborating with technical consultant teams which include flood risk, highways, and master planning specialists.

Role of Hawksmoor/Outcome

This collaboration has led to the submission of various sites to North Warwickshire as part of their call for sites and emerging Local Plan process. It has also led to meetings with the local authority and proactive thinking to inform our future technical information when further Local Plan stages are underway.
